This Privacy Policy describes how pertti studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the apps we develop and publish for the Wix platform and Wix App Market (each, an "App").

When you install or use one of our Apps on a Wix website, this policy applies to the information processed by us in providing that App. Wix Ltd. ("Wix") operates the platform on which our Apps run; Wix's own privacy practices are described in the Wix Privacy Policy.

Our Apps are designed to operate primarily through the Wix platform. We collect and process only the information necessary to provide App functionality, support, and security.

Depending on the App and how you use it, this may include:

• App configuration and settings you choose within the Wix editor or App dashboard
• Site and App instance identifiers provided by Wix through its APIs
• Basic account or contact details you provide when requesting support
• Technical logs related to App performance or errors, where needed to maintain the App

Our Apps do not directly collect personal information from your website visitors unless a specific App feature explicitly requires it and clearly discloses that collection. In most cases, data remains within the Wix ecosystem.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Apps on Wix websites
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the App
• Monitor App performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for advertising unrelated to the App's core functionality.

Most App data is stored and processed within the Wix platform using Wix APIs and infrastructure. Where our systems process information, we retain it only as long as needed to provide the App and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Because our data practices are minimal, we generally do not maintain long-term copies of site content or visitor data on our own servers unless an App feature specifically requires it.

• Wix, as the platform provider through which our Apps are installed and operated
• Service providers who assist us with hosting, monitoring, or support, under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities when required by applicable law

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

You can stop our processing of your site's App data by uninstalling the App from your Wix site. To request deletion of any data we hold, contact us at info@pertti.studio. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region with similar data protection laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to data portability where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
