Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your installation and use of apps developed by pertti studio ("we", "us", or "our") on the Wix platform and through the Wix App Market (each, an "App").

By installing, configuring, or using an App on your Wix website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Our Apps are designed to integrate with Wix websites and services. Your use of Wix itself is governed by Wix's terms, policies, and App Market guidelines, including the Wix Terms of Use and App Market Guidelines. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Wix's terms regarding the Wix platform, Wix's terms prevail.

We are an independent developer. Wix is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for our Apps, except as set out in Wix's own agreements with you.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable Wix billing or subscription terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Wix websites you manage, solely for your own business or personal use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Wix policies
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
• Resell, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties outside the Wix platform

You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, interfere with the Wix platform, or violate applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for the content on your Wix site and for ensuring that your use of the App complies with privacy, consent, and data protection requirements applicable to your visitors and customers.

The App, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by pertti studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of your Wix site content. We do not claim ownership over content you create or publish on your site.

Some Apps may be offered free of charge; others may require payment through Wix's billing systems. Any fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are disclosed in the App listing or checkout flow on Wix and are subject to Wix's payment terms.

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Wix site configuration.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pertti studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use an App.

Our total liability for any claim related to an App shall not exceed the amount you paid for that App through Wix in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if the App was provided free of charge.

We may update an App or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site. We may suspend or discontinue an App, or terminate your access to it, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue support for the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
